Easy to set up and helpful for early-stage stores
Review:
Tidio was easy to integrate with my Shopify store and the chatbot helped me respond to visitors faster during setup. The interface is clean and the flows are straightforward to configure. Still testing it, but so far it’s been useful for customer communication.
