Judge.me Product Reviews App

Judge.me states that their app integrates fully with Etsy to sync reviews from Etsy to Shopify. We contacted Judge.me support and demonstrated to them that their API does not work. It has been one week and there has yet to be any status update on whether or not they are working to correct this issue...horrible customer support and poor responsiveness.
