As a free user of MIDA: Heatmap, Replay & Checkout, I’m honestly impressed. They gave me an extra 250 free recordings on top of the original 250, which I truly appreciate. They also excluded my IP from tracking while I’m on my own website — such a helpful feature!

Customer support has been very nice and friendly, and they respond quickly.

What I love most is being able to see what visitors are actually doing on my website. Watching the replays gives me real insight into their behavior and helps me understand how I can improve their experience. It’s been so helpful in figuring out what I can do better to turn visitors into buyers.
