New to Trendsi.. ran into a glitch.. but Harold was able to quickly get me up and running. Totally my fault as I downloaded app before buying domain name.. but Harold walked me through the steps to connect my store and now I am all set. Thank you Harold!
Used chat again and Chette was very helpful is showing me how to configure and update shipping rates as without this properly done the inventory would not sync with shopify. Kudo's to Chette for properly identifying the issue and walking me thru the configuration steps!
