Thank you very much for your feedback. "Great apps" from someone who actively fine-tunes their store means a lot, and it's been a pleasure dialing in your reviews section with you across all those chats.

Since your review, we've reworked a lot of features in our Product Reviews. There are more native styling settings now, and new ways to display your reviews, so much of what used to require our custom CSS no longer does.

If a tweak ever resets after an update, let us know, and we'll set it straight, often the same day.

Our team is still on chat and email every day, and you've seen that in the sessions we've jumped on together recently. If reaching us ever felt harder than it used to, I'm sorry, and you can always ask for me directly.
