Very good product and great support. They helped me with initial setup and even quickly added an extra language that was not available for the bots.
Also helped me with support and settings later after starting to use, so it's not limited to once and they don't ignore you after you subscribe. Very good if you don't have the knowledge for settings or the time to do them by yourself.
