I was struggling with importing my reviews from my Etsy shop. I spent easily 10 hours trying to figure it out and when I asked for human assistance they gave me someone named Lorenzo. He was kind and understanding of the situation, quickly helped me out and was patient.

By far the best customer service I've had in a LONG time. The AI agents help out a lot with the simple stuff but sometimes you just need a human to help get the job done. Thanks again Lorenzo!
