I'm currently using free trial, but I can share my experience based on the 6 days I have been using Tidio.
1) The setup is incredibly easy - just install the app and it's almost ready to go. It took me just a few minutes to configure appearance, colors, etc.
2) The AI Chatbot is useful for clients and good at recommending products
