You can send only pre-defined transactional messages. No other templates allowed.
I hope they allow other approved templates in the near future.

You’re right that today the app supports a limited set of predefined transactional templates, and we understand the need for more flexibility with other approved templates and are actively working on features to give Shopify merchants more customization options. If you can share which approved templates you want to use via “Get Support”, it will help us prioritize.
