Powerful Contact Form Builder

I just downloaded this app last week, so I can only speak from my experience so far, but I’ve been very pleased up to this point. The app offers a wide range of capabilities that really set it apart from many of the other “form” apps I was considering for our Shopify store.

Although I had a bit of confusion at first about the capabilities of some elements, customer support was quick to respond to multiple inquiries and helped me find the solutions I needed. Their response time was great —usually within a few hours, or by the next day at most, which is completely understandable given time zone differences.

Emma and Tina, in particular, were very pleasant, attentive, and quick to assist.

A bit of constructive feedback: what helped me the most during support interactions was when screenshots were provided. That made it easier for me to resolve the issue on my end and learn how to handle it myself in the future.
