We have had a great experience with Zoko. Using Zoko's services, we have been able to interact with our customers through WhatsApp in a very efficient manner. The onboarding was very smooth. Zoko's team is very proactive in answering queries. They understand different e-commerce use cases and advise accordingly. I would highly recommend them to other Shopify stores as well.
