Tidio is a great support for our customer care team, enabling us to chat live with customers and resolve issues in real time. When the operators are not online, it responds quite well to requests, and we deal with them in the morning. We sell mostly furniture with many specifications that need to be understood by the client, and Tidio is able to keep them engaged while we find information.
