Sorry, have to change my review because of Faissal. He seems does want to provide assistance while another support, Kima, could actually handle it easily. Too bad Kima had to take a break and Faissal jumped in and I am in the middle of waiting forever.
Edit: They fixed it finally. I think I have to keep this review as authentic as it was not the best experience I could have.
