Orderly Emails ‑ Templates App

The app randomly deleted 40+ of our collections during a technical update. They did not inform us immediately, we found out the next day when entire collections were missing from our online store.

The developers were not able to restore deleted collections and we had to manually rebuild them. We also had to keep the online store closed during this time.
