Using Judge.me across 24 Shopify stores exposed serious limitations in a multi-market setup.

You must choose between:
• syncing reviews across stores (Shopify Store Review Sync)
• or retaining the ability to pin reviews

You cannot have both.

For us, both are essential — sync enables scalability, while pinning directly impacts conversion.

Additionally, support has been unresponsive for nearly a month on a blocking issue.

At this scale, this is a critical gap that makes the solution difficult to rely on for multi-store operations.
