Thank you for your feedback, we’re sorry to hear the navigation felt frustrating. We understand how confusing it can be when things don’t behave consistently.

We followed up with you and were able to clarify how to access the Reviews dashboard from the left-side menu. From our side, the section should always show all reviews, while the reports view is a separate page. That said, we understand you experienced some inconsistency, and we’re keeping an eye on this to better understand what might have caused it.
