Since yesterday, all of my labels are printing with a HUGE barcode instead of it being smaller and the wording being bigger. I cannot find a resolution through Shopify or Retail Barcode Labels app.

I completely understand how important it is to get support for that display issue you describe. Our support team should absolutely be able to assist further and work towards a resolution. Alternatively, if you use the Shopify POS app you can navigate to **Support > Contact support** there and view the Retail phone line number to call us.
