Judge.me Product Reviews App

This review is for Felix in the customer support group. I didn't expect a human to be available at 12:30 AM Colorado time, but was very thankful he jumped in after my chat with the AI bot revealed I needed further help. He was able to quickly identify the problem and saved me a lot of time by moving some reviews from an inactive page to a newly active page instead of me having to go extract them all from Amazon and do the import all over again. Felix was very friendly, courteous and professional and allowed me to now peacefully go to sleep tonight without having to worry about how to fix this issue in the morning.
