a change made to the app cauld it to change authorization, and the feature did not work. the app developers did not send a notice regarding the issue and steps needed. not a professional approach to app developmnt and rollout!!!

There was a recent change in permissions needed to use the app, and there would have been a banner requesting access to certain types of store data which you could approve to proceed.
