I was looking at a couple of different options for using whatsapp for our business. When comparing companies, I decided to try ZOKO. The on boarding was a breeze and my account manager, Nishant, helped me every step of the way.
That is not where it stopped, he kept on monitoring our account and identified grow plans and "out of the box" ideas specific for our company.
ROI has been great and I am excited to stay on this journey with them.
