The system itself is excellent—very easy to navigate and manage reviews. However, I found the AI support bot to be quite frustrating; it gave me circular instructions when I was trying to request a feature. My advice? Save yourself the headache and ask for a human representative right away. Once you get a real person, the experience is much better.
