I genuinely hope someone from Printful’s technical team finally sees this.
I’ve been dealing with an unresolved Shopify connection issue for over a year. Multiple support agents have already confirmed:
* they can see the conflicting backend Shopify connection
* verification has already been completed multiple times
* customer service agents themselves do not have authority to manually resolve or disconnect the issue
Despite this, I continue being taken through the same repeated customer service loop with no actual technical resolution.
I’ve provided:
* repeated verification
* screenshots
* proof of ownership
* explanations regarding loss of access to an old domain email
Yet the issue remains unresolved while my business deadlines continue approaching.
I currently need to:
* order samples THIS WEEK
* sign up for the Growth Plan
* prepare for an important May 17 event
What has been most frustrating is not simply the technical issue itself, but the repeated contradictions:
first being told the issue can be resolved after verification, then later being told customer service agents cannot make the backend changes required.
At this stage, I am respectfully asking for direct technical escalation from someone authorized to resolve backend Shopify connection conflicts.
For comparison, Shopify and Printify customer support have both been significantly more responsive and solution-oriented whenever issues arose.
