ShineOn: Print On Demand

My apologies, this was intended as a product suggestion for ShineOn. I'd love to know if there are other print on demand apps that can handle this type of product? Printful's embroidery process is not good.

I need a couple of hats that can be customized. Any recommendations? I'm looking for a trucker-style hat and then a nicer ball cap type. I need to add a round logo to the front, either embroidered, or embossed on a leather patch and sewn to the cap. Ideas?
