My first experience with DOBA was extremely disappointing. After nearly 12 months of effort, I finally received my first sale, only to discover I could not use my business banking account to pay for the product due to banking/payment setup limitations within the platform.
For a service that charges multiple subscription and platform fees, I expected a much smoother onboarding and payment process. This created unnecessary friction at a critical moment for my business and significantly impacted my confidence in the platform.
