It was a bit confusing to use. The auto import didn't work for me because the product SKU didn't match between the two apps. Customer service was great; he helped me sort things out. Looking forward to using the new feature where I can manually map the product after the auto sync. Also, I was a bit confused about the button. After I manually imported the reviews (after 5th attempts) and did the manual mapping, I realized that I needed to click the "Import" button. I think it makes more sense to name the button "Save." I was confused since I just imported the file; I didn't think I needed to click the Import button again.

Following your feedback, we reviewed the import workflow internally and shared your suggestion regarding the button labeling with our Product team. We agree that the action could be clearer in that context.
Regarding Etsy synchronization, the root cause was that your Etsy listings and Shopify products could not be matched automatically. Since then, we've enabled access to our newer manual product matching workflow, which allows merchants to create a persistent connection between Etsy listings and Shopify products so future reviews can sync automatically without repeated manual imports.
