Working with Serill has been an amazing experience from day one.
As someone building a new brand, there were so many things I didn't know and so many moving parts to manage. Serill has been there every step of the way, helping with product sourcing, branding, packaging, supplier coordination, and answering what probably felt like hundreds of questions.
What I appreciate most is how responsive and supportive she has been throughout the entire process. Whenever I needed help, clarification, or advice, she was always willing to assist and find a solution. She made what could have been a very overwhelming experience feel much more manageable.
The branding and packaging process, in particular, has been incredibly smooth because of her guidance and attention to detail. It genuinely feels like she cares about helping her clients succeed rather than simply doing a job.
