We've used Okendo for the past 5 years and recently switched to Judge.me. During the migration process, Judge.me indicated that I could import my existing reviews from Okendo, which I successfully did.

Now, I need to sync those reviews with Google Merchant Center, but Judge.me is telling me that my store needs at least 50 eligible product reviews before they can send a product review feed to Google Shopping.

The problem is that I already have around 300 reviews from verified buyers, complete with real names, email addresses, and purchase history. Google Merchant Center itself recognizes these imported reviews as verified reviews.

If Google considers these reviews valid and verified, I don't understand why Judge.me is classifying them as ineligible. This limitation was never made clear during the migration process and has made the transition much more difficult than expected.

Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend this app based on my experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

We're sorry that your migration didn't meet your expectations. We completely understand how frustrating it is to import a large number of genuine customer reviews and then discover that they aren't eligible for Google Product Ratings.

To clarify, this limitation isn't based on the authenticity of your reviews. It relates to the eligibility requirements for Google's Product Ratings program, which determine which reviews approved aggregators like Judge.me can submit. Unfortunately, imported reviews from other platforms aren't eligible for inclusion in the Google Product Ratings feed under those requirements.

We also appreciate your feedback that this wasn't clear enough during the migration process. We've shared it internally so we can improve the experience and better set expectations for merchants migrating from other review platforms.

We've reached out by both email and phone to explain the situation in more detail and let you know that we're here to help with any questions or to discuss the best path forward for your Google Product Ratings setup. Our team will be happy to assist whenever you need us.
