Judge.me Product Reviews App

My review applies mostly to my interaction with the chatbot.
It was a little confusing at first, but we figured it out in the end. I liked that the bot already knew some of the information about the reviews I’d imported, which cut down on the time I spent explaining things to it. I really liked that you can upload screenshots from memory without having to create images. The chatbot knows the system very well and quickly guided me to the answers I needed. What I really don't like about the app is that I have to wait 24 hours for my updated Etsy listings to sync.
