Printful: Print on Demand

Our experience with Printful was very disappointing. When issues arose, customer service focused on blaming the customer instead of working toward a reasonable solution or demonstrating that they valued the relationship.

We also discovered that important product sizing variations were only disclosed in supplemental product documentation as a footnote disclaimer, making them easy to miss during the ordering process. Details that can significantly affect the final product should be communicated much more clearly.

Based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution when choosing Printful and comparing other print-on-demand vendors before making a decision.
