After watching several YouTube reviews, we decided to try the Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards app, even though the pricing is on the higher side for smaller stores like ours.
Unfortunately, we were not able to properly test the app. After two separate installation attempts, the app URL did not load at all. We tried troubleshooting from our end by using different browsers and disabling private DNS and VPN, but the issue persisted.
Because of this, we could not proceed further with the evaluation. Based on its reputation, the app seems promising, but our initial experience was not smooth.
Overall, while the app appears to be a strong solution in the market, the installation issue prevented us from exploring its features.
