Customer service gets a full 100 stars from us. We ran into some tricky issues that Shopify wouldn’t even touch, but the Spocket team explained everything clearly in plain English and helped fix them incredibly fast.
We also absolutely love their product selection — it’s a huge step up from AliExpress and perfect for our store.
