I have just started using this app and I am very happy so far. I am having some trouble getting customers to convert from a Guest status to a Member status and so, am trying to educate them. Members have been accumulating points but no one has redeemed, yet. I am not sure why not. I will have to keep monitoring the app to see how it evolves. But, right now, I am very happy.
