This app is solid. Getting customer loyalty points to sync properly across different sales platforms wasn't an instant plug-and-play process for us. However, Smile.io provided us with a solution and helped with the technical capabilities we needed to make it work.
What made the biggest difference was the support team. Complex setups can easily get frustrating, but every staff member we interacted with was incredibly helpful.
