Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

Get it! I have had Smile for a while now, I honestly am having difficulty remembering how long it has been it has been so long. So far, I have had no issues with the rewards functioning properly, customers having ease of use, or on my end as the store owner for the behind the scenes set up things. It is easy to navigate, very intuitive. You can set redeemable rewards to only work for a (one) collection, make it exclusive for the person who redeemed the reward ensuring who ever uses that reward is using that account that earned and claimed it. There are discounted and free shipping reward options customers can redeem points for. They also have options for customizing colors to fit your website branding. I am very happy with the free plan and when I am ready for even more features that support a larger brand/business, I will be upgrading to the paid version.
