We're very sorry for the experience you had with Judge.me, especially as the issue with collecting reviews had been affecting your store for some time.

After reviewing your account in detail, we identified that customers clicking your review request emails were being redirected to your product pages, but the Review Widget containing the review form wasn't installed there. This meant customers could reach the product page without being able to properly submit their review.

We installed and configured the Review Widget for you, made the additional adjustments you requested to your storefront setup, and also fully refunded your three most recent Judge.me charges.

We then worked with you to identify the review requests affected while the submission flow wasn't working correctly. After carefully filtering out customers who had already received another request, submitted a review, unsubscribed, bounced, or appeared more than once, we resent 135 eligible requests on your behalf.

Most importantly, we've since confirmed that new reviews are coming in again from both your regular automatic requests and the manually resent requests, which indicates that the review collection flow is now working as expected.
