There are so many options in this app, it's great, but can be confusing. That's fine though because the support is great - the AI initial support is really fast and accurate and when I pushed that to its limits (!) the human that came on to help was fast and did my changes for me to help me out - and waited while I understood what to do so I could do it myself next time.
