We’d like to clarify that Loox does not continue charging merchants after the app has been uninstalled. Any charge received after uninstalling would have been generated by Shopify while the app was still installed and active, based on the billing cycle or usage from that period. That said, we’ve reached out to you privately to look into the charges and help resolve this matter.
