We had a problem with a product page not showing the reviews. Laurence from Loox was back and forth 6-7 times ....even jumped into the store and did it herself. Awesome customer support. i am sure we will get alot more salas now. Thanks so much !!!!!!!
Love the reviews and get quite a lot of customers that submit reviews with images and video. Only thing I wish it has was store review integration in Google merchant center.
Love this app and the support team is always top notch. I reach out quite often for help with random questions. Most recent, Leogen was able to assist with my issue in less than just a couple minutes :) There are a few quirks I have encountered here and there but the benefits far outweigh the roadblocks we have run into.
I have been using Loox for several years now. Over 4000 reviews later, we are very happy with the transparency and credibility this app provides for our business. The image/video integration is paramount for review proof. I highly recommend this app.

As we evolve they continue to raise the bar. I'm very happy with the service they have.
My favorite is the automations. I can seamlessley setup review emails and add them to our collection which get displayed on our PDPs and website.

Loox is really great as a review display and review collection app. I've tried several others over the years of running my brand, and this is the best by far. Quite customizable, and the support is fantastic. My latest support was handled by George, and he was absolutely amazing... Quick, communicative, and helped me solve a mobile display issue that we hadn't been able to fix on our end.

DO NOT USE THIS APP, THERE ARE WAAAAAAAY CHEAPER ALTERNATIVES THAT DO THE EXACT SAME THING. THEY CHARGED ME NEARLY 1K IN USAGE FEES LAST MONTH, THE PRICING STRUCTURE IS ESSENTIALLY A SCAM.
Hey, we do our best to keep our pricing clear and transparent, with all details available on our website, Shopify listing, and within the app. Our usage plan exists for merchants with a seasonal order volume, whereas our Unlimited plan comes at a fixed predictable cost.
Having said that, it's obvious that the recent charge came as a surprise to you - we are sorry, and we'd love the chance to make things right.

We’ve had a major issue with Loox referral codes adding duplicate items to cart that customers can’t remove. Reported months ago with proof, still not fixed. Cost us sales and returns. Support treated it like a new issue. Not recommended.

Its been a pleasure having this app. Our customers have interacted with us in a positive moving forward way. It's reinforced what experience we have when we see customers face to face and it has given us and our customers opportunity to improve this buying selling experience.
