Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

5/5 stars for customer service — thank you so much to Ken S, Izza P, and Rain M for all their help! The user settings could definitely be improved (i.e. being able to change the review and star color schemes and settings per each page, or being able to change the widget color schemes per each page/widget), but the app is fantastic for collecting reviews from customers.

This app is truly amazing and keeps getting better and better. We now use it across all of our e-commerce brands. It's well thought of and covers most of the common use-cases you will run into as an e-commerce operator. Most importantly, on the rare occasions when I needed support, the response time was almost immediate. Jen C is always here to make things super smooth for us on the support side. Professional and super efficient service!

Love the reviews and get quite a lot of customers that submit reviews with images and video. Only thing I wish it has was store review integration in Google merchant center.

We had a problem with a product page not showing the reviews. Laurence from Loox was back and forth 6-7 times ....even jumped into the store and did it herself. Awesome customer support. i am sure we will get alot more salas now. Thanks so much !!!!!!!

Love this app and the support team is always top notch. I reach out quite often for help with random questions. Most recent, Leogen was able to assist with my issue in less than just a couple minutes :) There are a few quirks I have encountered here and there but the benefits far outweigh the roadblocks we have run into.

Loox is really great as a review display and review collection app. I've tried several others over the years of running my brand, and this is the best by far. Quite customizable, and the support is fantastic. My latest support was handled by George, and he was absolutely amazing... Quick, communicative, and helped me solve a mobile display issue that we hadn't been able to fix on our end.

As a Shopify store owner who has used Loox for a couple of years now, I have to say it’s been an absolute game-changer for my business, though it definitely comes with some caveats.
On the positive side, Loox has been essential for building trust with my customers. The visual aspect of the app is its biggest strength. Shoppers love seeing real photos of how products actually look, and it has noticeably helped my conversion rates. I also have to give a massive shoutout to their customer support. Whenever I’ve run into technical issues or needed help tweaking the display to match my theme, their team has been incredibly fast, professional, and patient. It’s rare to find that level of dedication from a software company, and it makes a huge difference.

DO NOT USE THIS APP, THERE ARE WAAAAAAAY CHEAPER ALTERNATIVES THAT DO THE EXACT SAME THING. THEY CHARGED ME NEARLY 1K IN USAGE FEES LAST MONTH, THE PRICING STRUCTURE IS ESSENTIALLY A SCAM.
