I replaced multiple apps with Zoko and it has honestly simplified a huge part of our Shopify operation.
We now use it for abandoned checkout recovery, COD order confirmation, transactional WhatsApp updates, delivery notifications, review requests, and customer support. I was also able to build account-wide rules using Shopify customer tags, so customers we flag as spam are automatically excluded from our flows.
The biggest win for me is how flexible the automation builder is. Once you understand how the flows, conditions, Shopify data, and WhatsApp templates work together, you can build pretty much exactly what you need instead of trying to force your business into a rigid template.
It also replaced a much more expensive WhatsApp automation setup we were previously using, while giving us more control over the actual customer journey.
Their support helped get things sorted out quickly when i first started using their app.
If you run a Shopify store where WhatsApp is an important part of sales, COD confirmation, order updates, or customer retention, Zoko is genuinely one of the most useful apps I’ve added to the store.
