Downloaded the app and did not activate but still got charged, so I deleted the app and I'm STILL being charged!
Hi there, and thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry you were charged for an app you never used, and I understand the frustration.
Shopify bills an app's plan in advance and keeps billing while it's installed, which is why a charge can still show up after you remove it. We sorted out the earlier charge in September, and I've emailed you today to clear the rest.
You don't need the app installed to reach us. Kindly write to us at help@vitals.co, ask for me, and I'll see this through.
