Appointment Booking App ointo

I have been using Appointo for over two years now, and while this app has worked decently for what it does, it also has many issues.

Getting help from the developers when issues arise takes between 2-10 days with constant follow up and re-explination of the issue.

We also recently discovered that we had multiple customers who were not charged for their reoccurring membership for up to two years. It was only through our audit that found that these customers had access to the booking platform without payment. This resulting in over $5000 in lost revenue and frustrated customers.

The developers have apparently since fixed the issue, but the customer profiles are now unaccessible and are still showing the wrong information on billing and subscription dates. They also have yet to be charged for their membership, even after the developers mentioned that everything is fixed.

They did offer us one year of free subscription to this app to help rectify the issue but my trust in the developers and this app is gone.

In my personal opinion, this app is not worth it. Constant issues, app functions that don't work properly and result in lasting damage in their code, and general frustration when using this app.
