Great Platform and Excellent Customer Service!
CJdropshipping is a very convenient and user-friendly platform for running a dropshipping business. It's easy to explore products, compare shipping options, and manage everything in one place.
What I especially appreciate is the excellent customer service. I had several questions about shipping times, EU warehouses, customs fees, and IOSS, and Connie Jin was incredibly helpful!
She was friendly, patient, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, including providing useful screenshots.
It's reassuring to know that helpful support is available when you need it, especially when you're building your own online store.
Thank you, Connie, for your amazing support! Highly recommended!
