Powerful Contact Form Builder

A great and flexible form builder that integrates nicely into our site. It's surprisingly difficult to find a form app that both has enough flexibility to create the kind of forms we need, and also displays nicely to match our theme. Powerful Contact Form Builder achieves both.

Also, their support is lovely--they reply quickly and have been great at solving our problems.
