Update 4/14/26 Always excellent customer service and while customer service may begin with AI, a live tech person will definitely hop on if the answer by AI isn't answered clearly (it usually is).

Updating a few years later to say that I'm STILL super impressed with this app! I rarely need to hit up support for help but I had some questions today and Abraao was super responsive in going above and beyond to help me out.

I've had judge.me for several years now and it's one of my favorite apps. The customer support is amazing and I find myself always recommending it in Facebook groups. Everything looks clean and their automation and notifications have driven 8,000+ reviews to our site.
