Awesome service. Its sunday and I installed the app and I went immediately for the paid service after reading the fab reviews here. Then I needed some help and I emailed. I was super surprised that I got a response. I figured maybe Monday I'll get a response but BAM, there it was.
My problem was solved and I'm up and running.

Since I installed the app, my reviews are through the roof. And the best part is that they are autoposted. Totally automated. We do respond to each one of them which I thinks makes our store look very responsive to our customers. Which helps makes sales too.
