Rony, MC, Mona, Nicholas were extremely helpful, fast and remembered my store and prior cases which gave me a feeling of continuity and being dealt with by actual company employees not some call center somewhere...
Love the product line and feel very confident building my business on the back of what they've created here at BOLD
