Updating: 10/3/18 Since I wrote my original review (below) in 2014 I've had the occasion to reach out to Bold for support. Today, I needed some help and was lucky enough to get Rifat on chat from the Bold Customer Success Team. I hope his manager knows what a gem he is! Rifat is the best example of someone who delivers a great customer experience. I could tell he cared about solving my problem. Bold cares enough about their customers to hire great people like Rifat, which is why I will continue to be a customer and highly recommend them to others!

The app is great! The time saving is beyond awesome! Makes it so much easier to get everything loaded and most importantly easy for my customers to order. The customer service that they provide is awesome!! They are prompt, super friendly & go over and above to make sure you are happy. I can't say enough about their outstanding service!!
