Extremely shocked and upset at the way this developer is handling their massive blunder that caused entire collections to be deleted from our store, without any way to get them back.

They have provided zero assistance in fixing THEIR mistake, and to make matter worse, they are refusing to provide ANY compensation for the lost revenue that results from it. They act like simply informing customers is enough. Incredibly unserious and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs ! I will be looking into ways to hold this company accountable.
