I use this app to cut down on the frequency of customer questions. This is a must-have for any store seeking good customer relations. This app does what it says! I also like their customer service. I had a slight problem with the color of my text. They responded quickly with a video that solved my problem. Thanks, guys. I like the cost too especially for someone just starting out in ecommerce.
