continuously blocked every 2 weeks with no excuse FB sabotaging our marketing & effecting business with 0 regards for financial damage & loss of business opportunity, the worst experience I've had with any platform. It would seem FB employees come to work & mess with peoples livelihoods with no consequences, Unprofessional dangerous operation that could destroy new business expecting a reliable platform to reach customers & promote a product, Truly disappointed as when I was left alone or not targeted it was great but now it seems I have a target on my back for WHAT. I would recommend USE WITH CAUTION..
Thank you for taking the time to write this out. I can certainly appreciate how frustrating that must be, however I'm afraid Shopify has no say in Facebook's decision to approve or deny a store for their own platform.
I'd suggest continuing to reach out to Facebook directly via the "Report a problem" function in your Facebook account to see if you can appeal that decision or if they can provide you with any more context. Hope that helps! - Brie, Shopify Support
